She does not have clashes with Board of Trustees. It's being said that some members of Board of Trustees are urging her to resign but there's no clashes. Ms. Fernandes apparently thinks she's a "God" for Deaf people. That's why she refuses to resign. She says it'd make things worse if she resigns. She doesnt realize that she is making things WORSE by staying put and applying audism everywhere she goes. Gallaudet is very much still in a turmoil.
